bookmarking demon, I thought it would be cool to take all the different weights and fabric contents and put them together somehow. Might not be a quilt that stands the test of time for our great grandkids to use, but it sure would be cool to have a variance in texture in addition to pattern!
Can’t wait to go back tomorrow and look some more!

I visited my Target today and saw quilt/comforter sets – suitable for cutting up, I think, for about $60.00. I picked up a couple little frames and a patterned storage box. There were sets of stationery and lamp shades. I’m hoping for some kitchen/dining linens.

For some reason I just started collecting gray fabric and now I see your quilt made with Kona Coal. Awesome. I kept telling my local quilt shop owner that she needed to get some gray fabric and shared with her my desire to make a gray quilt. She looked at me like I was weird! If she could only see your quilt…

it’s not quilting weight. However, I’ve heard that they are going to be coming out with a quilting fabric line soon.
